Apto Resources is a Defence Industry Support Partner (DISP), connecting jobseekers and recruiters through a partnership that adds value. Backed by senior knowledge and wisdom, we provide training in defence and opportunities for those wanting to transition their experience into a marketable CV. Who are we? 

We are a collegiate organisation, committed to ensuring all members of our community enjoy a valuable journey through defence. 

Apto Resources Director Lee Blyth comes from a military background of 16 years. During his time in the Air Force, he had multiple roles and responsibilities giving him plenty of insight into administration, engineering and logistics. Lee is interested in building a community supported by senior, highly qualified and accredited resources that is accessible every step of the way. Jobseekers and recruiters working with Apto Resources will experience a hands-on organisation that is responsive and flexible. 

What services do we offer? 

Apto Resources provides a conduit between Defence, State and Federal Government Departments, Industry Suppliers and Security Cleared Personnel.  

We offer a variety of security clearances to candidates looking for a career in these categories, through a comprehensive training package and supportive community. Apto Resources offers Baseline, Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) and Negative Vetting Level 2 (NV2). This provides access to classified resources up to and including the ‘top secret’ level. Candidates will be able to perform roles in areas such as project management, technical support and analyst work with competence and confidence. Our recruiters also remain confident they are working with skilled and like-minded candidates who are passionate about their work and contribution to the workforce. We collaborate with recruiters to build a well-connected network of opportunities and support. Services can be provided to both defence and defence-related entities through panels and tenders, or via partner organisations such as Systems Integrators.
